What materials are used in Fable Home products?
We pride ourselves on using premium, sustainable materials. Our ceramics are hand-finished in Portugal using locally sourced clay, and our flatware is crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel designed for longevity.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all Fable ceramics are designed for everyday living and are safe for use in both the dishwasher and the microwave. Our flatware is also dishwasher safe.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
How do I care for my wooden serving pieces?
To maintain the beauty of our wooden collections, we recommend hand-washing only with mild soap and occasionally treating the wood with food-safe mineral oil to prevent drying.
